Aggie Food Products

The Nutrition and Food Sciences Deparment is home to the Food Products Development Lab.  This innovation kitchen is a state inspected and approved food production facility.  To date we have helped many small food entrepreneurs with their Utah Food products.  Look for some Aggie Foods coming soon. One of the first projects is an undergraduate research project to develop dairy based condiments.  This project is sponsored by the Utah Dairy Council and will run from Jan-May 2008.
